Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to an incorrectly entered address. Because messages may not be reviewed at the exact time orders are being processed, any requests to modify a shipping address must be submitted at least 48 hours before shipment.

International Shipping Policy
Many countries have strict regulations regarding the importation of seeds. Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to research and understand their country’s laws and import requirements regarding seed shipments from Canada.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with international shipping, including customs delays, inspections, returns, confiscations, or non-delivery due to import restrictions.
Orders shipped without tracking are sent entirely at the customer’s risk. Once shipped, we are not responsible for untracked orders that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, stolen, returned, or marked as delivered but not received.
