Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to research and understand your country’s laws regarding seed imports from Canada. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that all orders are shipped without tracking or additional documents unless specifically requested at the time of sale, and that you are ordering at your own risk. We are not responsible for any orders lost, delayed, undelivered, seized, sent to an incorrectly input address, or confiscated by customs. Because messages may not be reviewed at the exact time orders are being processed, any requests to modify a shipping address must be submitted at least 48 hours before the order is shipped. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
